SRC RUN · PERSONAL RUNNING CARE
Run with a system that learns you
from first steps to the marathon
Not a fixed sheet: the system learns from your actual runs, re-plans every week with the reason shown, and a real physio team steps in the moment something hurts — whatever level you start from.

01
Why marathon training usually falls apart
Generic plans don't know you
Free plans don't know your pace, your schedule, or your body — so you force it, get hurt, or quit.
Miss a week, lose the plot
Work, illness, rain — you miss days and don't know whether to cram (risky) or carry on (how much less?).
Pain: push or rest?
A niggling knee, tight shins — keep running or stop? Most apps can't answer, and nobody follows up.
02
How the system works
Four steps — then it runs itself, week after week.
Every step you run gets recorded
Distance

The system learns it against real-coach rules

And it comes back as advice for you alone
For you, tomorrowEasy run 6 km · pace ~7:10
Why: this week's load is near your ceiling, so tomorrow stays light — your long run moves to Saturday.
rule: cumulative load control
01Tell us about your running
Short questions: how far you run, days free, injury history, target race — plus a health screen.
02Connect Strava, or log by hand
With a GPS watch, runs sync automatically through Strava. Without one, log distance, time and effort — same full system.
03Get a plan that fits your life
A weekly schedule: which day, how far, what pace — re-tuned weekly from your real runs, with the reason shown every time.
04Arrive at race day fresh
The final weeks wind the load down so you recover fully — energy spent at the finish line, not in training.
LIVE PLAN · WEEK 6 / 16
ON TRACKGoal: finish your first marathon
- TUEEasy run 6 km · relaxed pace
- THU5 short pick-ups · walk breaksTODAY
- SATLong run 14 km · slow on purpose
- SUNRest or easy walk
This week is 25% lighter — you were away 4 days last week. Ramping back over 2 weeks. (Coach rule: returning from a break)
Today's check-in: slept well · left calf a little tight → today's run eased off

Built for four kinds of runners
Answer a few questions (or connect Strava) and the system places you — then re-checks as you train.
L1
First marathon
You can run 5–10K non-stop and want to finish 42.195 km once.
L2
Finisher, want it smoother
You have the medal — now you want structure and an injury-free build.
L3
Chasing sub-4
You train consistently and want a faster time without breaking down.
L4
Serious, sub-3:30+
Structured already — you want precise load control and a real team behind you.

The part no running app has: a real team
A 1-minute body check-in every day. Report pain and the system sorts it into three colours:
Green — keep going
Normal soreness: the next day eases automatically and we keep watching.
Amber — a physio steps in
Recurring pain or changed gait: the physio team reviews within 24 hours and adjusts or moves you into rehab.
Red — stop, see a doctor
Danger signs like chest pain, fainting or a suspected stress fracture: the plan stops and you're referred to the medical team.
Injured mid-plan? Your running plan pauses (subscription time can pause too), a swap-in plan avoids the sore spot, and you return step-by-step once cleared.

Compared with a typical running app
| Typical app | SRC Run | |
|---|---|---|
| Where the plan comes from | An AI decides, can't explain why | Real-coach rules, with the reason shown on every change |
| When you get hurt | A stretching video, then you're alone | A real physio team assesses and takes over — up to a doctor referral |
| No GPS watch | Barely usable | Log by hand — you get the full system |

Get injured in the final weeks and never reach the start line — all of it is gone. And among runners with a past injury, about half get injured again training the same old way.
Roughly one-fifth of your existing bet — to protect the whole thing and get you to the finish line.
For reference: a private running coach runs ฿2,000–3,500 per month.

FAQ
Do I need a GPS watch?
No. Log distance, time and effort after each run (under a minute). The system adjusts your plan and watches for injury signals just the same.
I've never run far — can I start?
If you can run 5–10K non-stop, yes. Week one includes a short test run to measure your baseline, so the plan starts where you actually are.
If I miss sessions, is the plan ruined?
No — this is the heart of the system. It knows how long you were away, eases the next week accordingly, and ramps you back. No catch-up cramming.
I'm injured right now — can I join?
Everyone is screened first. If you're injured we route you to rehab with the physio team first, then back into training — safer than training through it.
How is this different from a free plan?
A free plan is one sheet for everyone. Here the plan moves with your runs weekly, every change has a reason, and a physio-medical team takes over when your body sends signals.
