The srcth.com website and the SRC (Structural Rehab Care) platform are operated by TRM Solution Co., Ltd.
2. Health content is not medical treatment
All content, rehab programs, demonstration clips, and screening tools are educational self-care material, written by rehab physicians and physiotherapists — but they are not a diagnosis, not a personal prescription, and no substitute for an in-person assessment. If you have severe symptoms — intense pain, weakness, numbness, fever, or a recent injury or surgery — stop the program and see a doctor. You remain responsible for deciding how to apply this content to your own body.

4. Your account
Your account and course access are personal to you. Do not share, resell, or let anyone else use them. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us straight away if you notice unusual activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Copyright and no redistribution
Every video, image, text, assessment, program structure, and piece of software on this platform is the intellectual property of TRM Solution Co., Ltd. You may use it for your own self-care or work within the access you purchased. Screen recording, copying, adapting, redistributing, or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited. Infringement is an offence under Thailand's Copyright Act and we will act on it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, disrupt its operation, or impersonate anyone else.
7. Payment, access, and refunds
Paid services always show the price, the access period, and the conditions before you pay. Details of access, renewal, and refunds follow the terms of that specific service listed in section 3.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously, but there may be maintenance windows or outages beyond our control. We may improve, add, or retire features, giving reasonable notice where this affects access you have paid for.
9. Limitation of liability
