How is SRC different from a typical EMR?

A typical record says what was done. SRC also measures how much the patient improved against MCID, tracks goals per condition, lets patients confirm outcomes, and issues documents that can be verified by QR code.

How does it help with PDPA?

Permissions are set by role and per person, each clinic's data is separate, and edits, exports and issued documents are logged for review.

Can we move data from our current system?
